Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that delivery dates are estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear once your package is in transit.
RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
All candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully inspected before being packaged, but if your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.
