Please note: All of my candles are made to order to provide exceptional, exclusivity and top notch quality. Please allow up to 10 business days to process and ship your order.
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. (business days do not include weekends or holidays). My candles are made to order so I do have occasions where it may take me up to 10 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. To track orders, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. You may also see your orders and tracking numbers in your account. Delivery time is within 2-7 business. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
