Because our products are hand poured in small batches, we kindly ask for a short processing window before your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but typically range between 3–7 business days once shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or tracking details. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.
