Refund Policy
At Abeille Bliss, each candle is hand poured in small batches and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Every order is prepared with intention and attention to detail, so that your experience feels beautiful from start to finish.
Because our candles are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@abeillebliss.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or provide store credit when appropriate.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please email us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll help you contact the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure all information is correct.
