Shipping + Returns
At Abeille Bliss, every candle is made with care and attention.
Because our products are hand poured in small batches, we kindly ask for a short processing window before your order ships.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, although some orders may ship sooner.
Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Orders placed by Tuesday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time are scheduled for shipment that Wednesday. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the following Wednesday.
Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays. If a scheduled shipping day falls on a postal holiday, orders will ship on the next available business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but typically range between 1–7 business days once shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or tracking details. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
At Abeille Bliss, each candle is made to order and inspected with care to ensure quality. Because of this, all sales are final.
