Orders
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. (business days does not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed the following business day. I do have occasions where it may take me up to 10 business days to process your order due to candles being made to order.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, please contact me by email at hello@abeillebliss.com. Once I cancel your order, a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
An order may be canceled due to errors in processing payment information, items not available, cannot ship to the address provided or by customer's request. You will receive an email with the cancellation reason. If you have any questions about the canceled order, please email me at hello@abeillebliss.com.
At this time I am unable to offer returns or exchanges due to the delicate nature of my products. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You may check the status of your order by logging into your account. Your most recent orders and tracking number (once orders are shipped) will be available to review.
You may also check the status by clicking on the order status link that was emailed to you when you placed your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at hello@abeillebliss.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Shipping
I currently only ship within the US. I hope to expand in the near future! Make sure to subscribe to my mailing list to know when I officially ship worldwide.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
My home studio is located in Newport News, Virginia.
Products
Absolutely! All products are handcrafted and packaged in my home studio.
My candles are handcrafted with coconut and soy wax, phthalate free fragrance oils and untreated wooden wicks.
My candles burn for approximately 80 hours with proper candle care.

I know that a lot of major brand's fragrances can be so overpowering! (I know because I used to burn them.) I use coconut and soy wax and high quality fragrance oils which allows a subtle aroma that still fills the entire room. Most candles that smell extremely strong use paraffin wax to provide the maximum fragrance throw. All of my ingredients are toxic and phthalate free. Phthalates can aggravate allergy and asthma symptoms in some people so always look for phthalate free fragrance oils on a candle's ingredients list or description.
