Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations or changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Unfortunately, changes can’t be made after your order is submitted. If you entered an incorrect address, please email abeillebliss@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet shipped.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. You may include a gift message in the order notes and we’ll ensure it’s packaged beautifully and without pricing details.

Because each candle is hand poured to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery updates. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to display activity.

No, we currently ship within the U.S. only, but international shipping may be added in the future.

Our studio is is in Virginia, where every candle is handpoured and packaged with care.
